HI Keith

Great question the most popular way to propagate a Queensland bottle tree is seed. You will find a mature bottle tree will have seed pods that when they open contain many seeds. You plant these seeds in a well-draining seed mix and before you know it you will small bottle trees popping up. Goodluck with you bottle trees . Tony

Don’t panic your bottle tree is not dying. It’s perfectly normal for a bottle tree to flush its leaves every year or so. This gives the tree a chance to refresh and grow a full new set of leaves, your bottle tree will be like new in about 4 weeks
